Nicole Sweet is a graduate of YogaLife NH 200 hour teacher training program and is a member of Yoga Alliance. She teaches private sessions at her home and is also a substitute teacher at YogaLife. Off the yoga mat she is a wife, mother of 2 teenage sons and a travel advisor for Sweet Escapes. Nicole enjoys being active outdoors and taking long walks with her dog Ella.

Morning forest walk which will engage all your 5 senses and start you on your path to peace, once at your peaceful state a morning yoga class is offered, vegetarian lunch with nourishing fresh food, free time to play and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, afternoon yoga class to continue with your blissfullness, meditation and reflection to complete your escape, and afternoon organic tea and a light healthy snack to send you on your way.
Yoga classes are for all levels and all bodies.

For the past 15 years the Sweet Family has been welcoming friends and family to their waterfront home in Sandown NH. Their home is situated on Cub Pond surrounded by 100 acres of undeveloped forest. It has been enjoyed by many and is now open for exclusive day long events.
