Our purpose

Mind, Body and Nature

What's most important to us is to cherish our forest and  the environment we are so grateful to enjoy each day.  We strive to have minimum waste during our events all plates, cups, napkins and utensils are reusable.  We strongly encourage guests to bring their own water bottles.  Our Sweet Escapes signs that greet you on the drive in are made of recycled wood and paint.  Any waste created here will be recycled.  Sweet Escapes is unique that we are a sober wellness center and provide healthy vegetarian mostly organic food.  We are sensitive to food allergies and strive to make each dish gluten and peanut free.  Family time and time to take care of ouselves is important therefore we are opened during the months of May to October for retreats held exclusively outdoors.  We love to offer workshops with those who are in the wellness industry and we enjoy hosting groups who would like a nature getaway.  Please see our contact information if you have any special requests.  ~ Namaste
